The best Ryzen with integrated graphics on the market before 4000 series is around. Vega 11 is fantastic for even gaming as it can match or outperform GPUs such as GT 1030 and GTX 750ti. 4 cores is enough for regular gaming at the moment and they're only about 20% weaker than zen 2 cores, so you're not losing that much in terms of performance here. And of course RAM speed matters a lot, so you should pair it with at least 3200mhz, but you do get better performance with 3600mhz. If using a discrete gpu turn off the apu part in bios to keep it from taking away a couple GB of RAM.

Great APU for computers without a discrete graphics card but disappointing as a standalone CPU. It's a waste of money if you're planning on buying a graphics card. However, if you plan to use this APU exclusively, it's a good compromise between graphics performance and processing power.

Little better GPU performance (Vega 11 for Ryzen 5 3400G/2400G compared to Vega 8 for Ryzen 3 3200G/2200G) for slightly more multi thread performance which may be useful for some use cases.

Buy this if you don't plan on using an external GPU. This APU matches the performance of a Core i7 6700/Core i5 7600 + GTX 750Ti IN A SINGLE CHIP for a lot less money and with very good thermals with even the stock cooler! If you are planning on buying it make sure to have at least 8GB of RAM running in dual channel mode at 3000+ MHz. Running in single channel at less than 3000MHz affects the performance significantly!
