Pretty good laptop based mobile i5 CPU. 4 cores and 8 threads in a laptop CPU is pretty good, and performance is also good as a result. Can get a little warm under heavy load but still much better than what it replaced.

I try to run basic minor stress tests and it just didn't run well. Doesn't even handle Roblox min graphics with Discord call!

Very bad test. Anyone who knows a bit of hardware knows that Ryzen beats the I5, especially since intel's base clock is 1Ghz versus AMD 2.1. Intel's 3.6 is impossible to reach on an ordinary notebook because the temperature does not allow. In addition the AMD video card is between 200% and 300% faster.

In Vostro 5401 this CPU never reach more than 2.2GHz for all threads, in most scenarios after few minutes it even drop to 1.8GHz. This results are even worse when dedicated GPU MX330 is used, nice benchmark is Unreal Engine 4 editor, just open it and leave for few minutes, CPU frequency drops bellow 1GHz...

Actually, the intel core i5 1035g1 is superior to the amd ryzen 5 without problems because the intel's level 3 cache level is 6mb while the ryzen is 4mb, it also has more execution units with a total of 64 units , while the ryzen only 8 units of execution, the turbo frequency of the intel i5 reaches 3.20 ghz all cores and one core at 3.60ghz, while amd all its cores at 3.00 ghz and a core at 3 , 70 ghz, therefore the intel is superior to amd, only in the integrated graphics card it is better and in turbo frequency of 1 core, but the last said is irrelevant, finally the intel i5 surpasses in 1 and 2 cores to the amd
