Great processor... in its day.—Jul '22

Good

Bought a $70 Fujitsu desktop with this and slapped a gt 1030 and a ssd in there for my girlfriend’s little brother. Works perfectly for 1080p gaming, highly recommend for the budget gamer!

Excellent

better than Ryzen 3 and much cheaper

Poor

very good cpu for overclocking

Excellent

i am really impressed with the gaming performance of this older cpu. It runs all the new titles out there and reaches decent fps

Excellent

still doing good at 2021 , im using this 1156 i5 760 , 8gb 2x4 1333 ddr3 paired with gigabyte gtx950 2gb. i can still almost play everything . low/mid/high sett.

Excellent

for a cheap entry gamer, paierd with gtx 970 I'd reccomend this cpu

Excellent

it's still a beast!!

Excellent

It basically still is a great CPU that can still handle quite a few modern titles. I used it with my GTX970 for games like ETS2, Dirt 2.0, WRC7, Train Sim 2020. It struggles at titles like X Plane or badly optimized ones like OMSI 2. For general work uses thow, it still is a good choice. I got my hands on mine in a 30€ (33$) TERRA PC. After I paired it with a decent SSD and my GTX970 I got a very useable "Gaming"-PC for 130$. At least, if you don´t mind buying used.

Poor

Bad CPU I Don't recommend using it in any computer I used to have one it bottlenecked my gpu that much that I couldn't play any game without having less than 50 fps, after changing to zen 3 ive got 120 in every game everything

Brands make boatloads on flagships like the 4090 and 14900KS. We help users get similar real-world performance for less money.
Why don’t youtubers promote UserBenchmark?
We don't pay youtubers, so they don't praise us. Moreover, our data obstructs youtubers who promote overpriced or inferior products.
Why does UserBenchmark have negative trustpilot reviews?
The 200+ trustpilot reviews are mostly written by virgin marketing accounts. Real users don't give a monkey's about big brands.
Why is UserBenchmark popular with users?
Instead of pursuing brands for sponsorship, we've spent 13 years publishing real-world data for users.
