Download Throttle Stop. It has potential but it runs like cr@p out of the box with massive cpu throttling during normal use. Undervolt and underclock the CPU to get it working normally. -.115mV on Cash and Core Voltage as well as dropping power to 20-25 Watts max. It runs very hot... This processor's biggest problem is trying to over perform, overheating, thermal throttling itself, then massively underperforming until you pull your hair out.
