cheaper and faster... where's the doubt?

Cheap, low power, works very well in emulation

the power consumption seems way better than de i5

Very good cost performance, enough specs for everyday use.

Equal cpu performance to intel but better igpu

Good

Have a laptop with it and I love it.

Affordable price, Great performance

Poor

Integrated Vega 8 graphics are legit and many budget laptops manage to use the chip.

Excellent

Slightly faster single-threaded but slower multi-threaded compared to the core i7-4710HQ released 5 years ago. Only recommend for sub, $300 laptops. Any more is a scam

Good

good for work and older game titles, amoung the best CPU for integrated graphics for 60 fps gaming for older titles such as black opps 1 and 2

Good

Again, don't understand the low rating here. You're looking at desktop level performance (about as good as the FX-8350) at low wattage AND integrated graphics.

This chip has vega 8 GPU inside on it which is pretty good

AMD's Ryzen 5 2500U sports 4 cores and 8 threads with Radeon Vega 8 Integrated Graphics. The 4 cores and 8 threads is standard amongst new laptops with processors such as the i5-8250U from the blue team. What stands out is the powerful Vega 8 Graphics. It is about 50-100% better than the the i5-8250U's UHD 620 graphics, meaning it can be used for some light gaming on the go. However, despite the powerful specs on paper, adoption of AMD Ryzen mobile processors has been really slow, with very few models out there. Hopefully, AMD's 7nm mobile APU coming in 2019 will see more widespread adoption.
