Misleading name, more like an i3+. Constant bottleneck in gaming with a simple gtx950m. Good for simple tasks but opening chrome winds this thing up to 100% usage for quite a bit. Constant thermal throttle on my model, hitting 98*C within 2 minutes of heavy load. Regular tasks put it at 80+ with good thermal paste.

the laptop is too slow to boot up, applications too load up show at start, not good for multitasking, can run games smooth on low settings like GTA5, AC3, FC4

Not a processor you would want to use for development and gaming overall as it is prone to massive lags (one of the worst processors), so it is best to make a switch to a better processor like those in the 10th Generation range (or the Ryzen series) and retire laptops using this processor (as well as scrapping them).

OK for desktop work, light gaming. But not cost effective. The iGPU is a MASSIVE bottleneck for gaming.

This CPU may be an i5, but it is terrible. It can easily be beaten by a dirt cheap coffee lake Pentium Gold. ($60 for G5400, which it is beaten by)
