I have a dell desktop PC with this CPU and it is really slow! I have replaced the hard drive with a SATA SSD and upgraded to 8GB of RAM but there is not much improvement in performance. The CPU is the bottleneck as when running most programs or browsing the internet the CPU usage tends to get to 100% all cores frequently, this is especially the case with Windows Update which takes very long to complete. Also 8GB is the max supported RAM with this CPU and it is not enough for today.
