it works well with lightweight versions of linux. I use it on a ZG5 acer netbook

Terrible

Runs GTA Vice City worse than the Playstation 2. Very slow for general tasks and web browsing. Won't run YouTube above 360p. Ouch.

Even Debian is slow oon this computer with a basic cinnamon environnement.

Surprised at how well it ran windows 7. Youtube playback isn't great and it's gonna struggle a bit with web browsing in 2022, but for a 2008 netbook chip running at 2.5w it's mindblowing what it does. Passively cooled even. Quite a bit worse than a Raspberry Pi 3b however.

Usable old laptop CPU.

Excellent

It is an actually competent CPU, it really replaced my Epyc Processors for my Computing Grid. If I could only afford to put some Nvidia GeForce 6150SE nForce 430s to complement these badbois, but I guess finding a gpu able to compete with this is a real challenge
