Very good Ryzen APU! Perfectly equipped to take on most everyday tasks and even many heavy ones, this CPU will be great for basically anybody on a mobile laptop chip. Wattage is good, CPU rarely gets hot. The integrated Vega graphics are decent for playing games at 900p medium for the most part. Much better performance than even an i7 mobile chip, with much better CPU performance and vastly better GPU performance

The Ryzen 5 4500u is a Zen 2 low power, great performing 6 core apu for mid-range to high-end thin and light laptops. Provides beating performance to the i7-1065g7, top end ice lake processor and the i7-10710u, top end comet lake processor in Intel's own low-power top-end silicon. Single core and multicore scores are very good, with a boost up to 4GHz (single) and 3.8GHz (multi). On board RX Vega 6 (4000) graphics which can give a good 720p-1080p low gaming experience for people who don't have a dedicated GPU or aren't into competitive titles. Overall this apu is great value and in a 25 watt tdp, it rivals Intel's last gen H-series CPUs and some current gen H-series CPUs.
