The i3-2120 is a very old CPU at this point. Whilst capable of simple tasks like web browsing and videos the weight of ageing has hit it hard with newer software running more slowly. With only 2 cores it doesn't handle multitasking very well and is also an extremely poor choice for more modern gaming. Though if you're not doing anything but light usage it's okay, but you can almost definitely find something better for the same price. [Jun '19 Robotonic]
