5 years later sill killer. Great 4C/8T. Sandy Bridge was the last great Intel processor. 90% SC improvement over Core 2 Quad just a few years earlier. The fastest CPUs are only 45% faster at best 5 years later.

Bought this at launch and still have it. I've upgraded my graphics card twice in that time and this processor keeps on delivering so never saw the the need to upgrade the cpu. Maybe in another 3 years I will need to but for now...it's still great.
