this chip has never felt underpower for how I use it over the last 8 years. I've own the intel i3 8130u for 3 months and it is working at nearly full capacity to do basic multi tasking. It definitely struggles when comparing my 2 laptops. At very least, I would have thought the intel i3 8130u would have been lower on your list considering my own experience.
