Based on 342 user benchmarks.  Device: BFEBFBFF000306C3 Model: Intel(R) Celeron(R) CPU G1850 @ 2.90GHz

The Intel Celeron G1850 is a budget dual-core processor for desktops. Released in the first half of 2014, this Haswell based version replaces Ivy Bridge Celeron processors such as the G1630 and are estimated to yield up to 10% improved performance. Hyperthreading technology and turbo boost are not activated but the base clock speed of 2.9 GHz enables a reasonable effective speed of 74. This may not be enough for power users but it's ample for home theatre PCs. The Intel HD Integrated Graphics are not powerful, but they are sufficient for playing 1080p movies. Further, the TDP of 53 Watts means that the G1850 is a low power, low heat and therefore low cost processor. Coupled with an SSD and a decent graphics card the G1850 will give a reasonable user experience. [Nov '14 CPUPro]

Overall an extremely poor processor that is unsuitable for running any task at all. Does the bare minimum to run windows, but is extremely weak. Chances are if there's intel inside, theres most likely an idiot that used it.
