Average Bench: 45.2% (301st of 952)

Based on 2,978 user benchmarks.  Device: 178BFBFF00610F01 Model: AMD A10-5800K APU with Radeon(tm) HD Graphics

The A10-5800K features integrated Radeon 7660D graphics which are approximately 10% more powerful than the HD 4600 graphics found on several of Intel's Haswell CPUs. With its four cores the A10-5800K is able to handle multi-core workloads reasonably well but it is far less able to handle single and dual-core tasks. Comparing the i3-4130 and the A10-5800K shows that the i3-4130 is approximately 20% better at handling single and dual core workloads. Single core speed is by far the most important requirement for general desktop computing. Overall the A10-5800K provides an all in one solution with relatively strong integrated graphics but there are better performing alternatives available for the same money. [Mar '14 CPUPro]

seems to do fine for me. idk what some people run that they need more, if your gunna run it with a nvidia card, why bother with it... 4.4ghz 2400ram dual channel @1.8v (had to be extremly loose), and 1085 clock on my 384 cores, on water, max temp is 70 degrees, plays anything not in max on 1080p but i cant see throwing away money for specs, very strong chip, it can handle lots of v's and very high temps

Comment

I built this A10-5800 to replace an old phenom 2 940, Ran this chip with nvidia 560 ti. Very little gain in performance and ran hot on water!? Went with Intel I5 3570k instead. night and day difference I could really feel and see. The a10 7800 series not much better than this either. Cores are too weak and run very hot. Stay away if you don't want to revisit mid 2000's in performance, power, And watt heat usage. —Oct '14

Runs most of my games pretty well. Just a few games are laggy, but overall it works and runs pretty well, I've had no issues with this processor.
